I’m an artist, designer, composer, and musician based in Connecticut, working across sound, image, and form to explore how art shapes perception and emotion. A native of New Haven and graduate of Hamden High School and the ACES Educational Center for the Arts, I’ve been immersed in creative practice from a young age—studying piano, double bass, and voice, and performing with ensembles including the Yale Symphony Orchestra, Yale Glee Club, Chamber Choir, Repertory Chorus, Recital Chorus, and the Yale Baroque Opera Project. I hold a B.A. in the Humanities from Yale University, where I pursued an interdisciplinary course of study in literature, philosophy, and the arts that continues to inform my work across disciplines.

My creative practice bridges visual art, design, and music, guided by curiosity, craftsmanship, and the belief that the arts can expand how we think, feel, and connect. My senior thesis, Bask in the Warmth of Wonder: Confronting Our Fear of the Unknown Through an Exploration of the Sublime in Music, Art, and Poetry, culminated in a solo gallery exhibition of my visual artwork at the Yale School of Art’s Edgewood Gallery and a vocal recital of Art Song in five languages at the Yale School of Music. I can be found performing weekly as a tenor in the professional quartet Schola Antiqua at Saint Thomas’s Episcopal Church in New Haven, and I also work with the Kaleidoscope Vocal Academy—a choral intensive hosted at the Yale School of Music that brings together students from across North America for a week of immersive performance and study.

 

In addition to my work as a performer and visual artist, I compose music and teach private lessons in voice, piano, and music theory. I am currently developing new projects in sculpture, painting, and mixed media and am open to commissions and collaborations. Across all mediums, I strive to create work that bridges disciplines, invites reflection, and cultivates a deeper awareness of the world around us.
